Halloween!

This has been such a long day (and night). I woke up at 7am to find out about GED testing (since colleges here in Az. want proof of graduation. Being home schooled has its down sides).
Found out I must first take a pretest, since they just passed a law here requiring it. That is tomarrows plan.

My movers showed up! They were quick... like super quick. Sadly my book shelves got pretty messed up (mostly because the movers that picked them up didn't wrap them). Everything else seems ok, but I won't know for sure till its all unpacked. No out of the blue charges this time, and the guys were funny. We joked about us all being jewish, and they seemed like good people.

Got a nap in after they left, and spent some time alone. My brother, and sister in law went out, so I was a bit lonley. I miss my friends, and my boyfriend who I left back in michigan. It sucks that I had to leave everyone.

On a good note after my brother and his girl got back we headed to go trick or treating with my other brother, his daughter, and my other sister in law.
We were this big group. Lol and me and my brothers had time to talk about the good old days, when we would trick or treat with my mom. It was nice, oh and I was dressed as Super Girl, such a fun costume.

Frontier airlines

So as I said before I got my tickets from Frontier airlines. I am not sorry at all, all their employees were great. The flights were pleasent and easy, and my luggage got where it needed to be. I would highly recomend! They rock. Comfy seats, free tv during your flight (if you sign up as a frequent flyer), and all their employees are amazingly nice. As I said they weren't the cheapest on paper, but sign up for their second tier (about $40 more), and you get 2 free check bags. Other airlines charge $50 for each check bag, so this is a real deal.
For the price of a ticket and 2 checks at American airlines, I got a ticket and 3 checks from Frontier airlines. Best money saving secret, from my trip.

I have arrived

I have finished my voyage to Arizona, but my story isn't done yet. I have made it to my brother's and saw my neice and nefews. Now I will start to settle in, and get my life started here. As I learn new things and go new places I will continue to write.

Denver

I just made it to my half way point, a stop in Denver. The airport is lovely, huge and very interesting. Though its kinda lonley traveling alone. I can't wait to see a firmiliar face. I'm still very tired, maybe I will nap on the next flight. I hope it goes as smoothly as the first.

Airport!

I have made it to the airport to start the first leg of my trip. I'm flying Frontier, which is new for me but I hope it will go well. Check in was a breeze, their staff is super nice, and flying out of Grand Rapids was a great idea. Very quick and no problems at all. I'm used to flying out of Detroit which is always packed, and super slow. This is a nice change.

Today is the day.

I can't sleep, in 3 hours I will be heading to the airport, and to Arizona. I'm so nervious! I'm gonna miss so much here, friends, family, my boyfriend. Please someone tell me everything will be ok....

The cost of moving

So yesterday I went to UPS to mail 11 boxes, the guys there were great. Very kind workers very professional, and helpfull. The hard part came when paying over $400 for my boxes. Granted my boxes were very very heavy, but dropping that kind of cash sucked!

Here's a sucky note so I went to FedX and they are double the price of UPS, also they refused to send all but one of my boxes. The worker said it was because "they are storage boxes, not shipping boxes" bull! Their boxes that they tried to sell me looked exactly the same as the ones I bought at WallMart, except the FedX logo on the sides.
Whatever my mom agreed to go to UPS for me on Monday. Thank god for moms!
