Feeling the pressure

Ok I'm begining to weigh the pros, and cons of moving here...
Maybe I should have done this before I moved? Its not like I'm being treated like crap, I'm just starting to realize I miss the freedom of having my own place. I don't like following someone else's rules, or being in someone else's space. I like having my own space. Sharing a bathroom with kids, and having to take everything in and out every day, since they will get into stuff bites.

I like having me time, not being surrounded. And I love my family, but I'm not cut out to be dealing with kids, and babies all the time. Having people tell me the proper way to clean, or when to clean bugs the crap out of me.
Having to watch what I say, or what I leave out, or eat is driving me nutts. I know it could be worse, but damn I just want my quiet life, and my 2 bedroom apartment back....

All souls day

So last night I went to an all souls day party at the reservation. It was very fun, interesting, and a bit strange. They feed the ghosts, visit and clean off graves, and have a big meal.
There is a day of the dead parade later on this week near my dad's shop, maybe I will go to that too.

A good day

So I had a pretty good day. I woke up early and took the pratice GED test, and passed with a pretty good score. I will probley take the real test next week.
After I tested I headed over to my dad's shop, since I hadn't seen him in a while. I had good time, we worked on a car he is fixing up. I may not be great with cars, but it was nice seeing what my dad does from day to day. We had a yummy dinner (curried goat), and hung out for a while.
I didn't realize how much I missed seeing my family till I moved out here.

Halloween!

This has been such a long day (and night). I woke up at 7am to find out about GED testing (since colleges here in Az. want proof of graduation. Being home schooled has its down sides).
Found out I must first take a pretest, since they just passed a law here requiring it. That is tomarrows plan.

My movers showed up! They were quick... like super quick. Sadly my book shelves got pretty messed up (mostly because the movers that picked them up didn't wrap them). Everything else seems ok, but I won't know for sure till its all unpacked. No out of the blue charges this time, and the guys were funny. We joked about us all being jewish, and they seemed like good people.

Got a nap in after they left, and spent some time alone. My brother, and sister in law went out, so I was a bit lonley. I miss my friends, and my boyfriend who I left back in michigan. It sucks that I had to leave everyone.

On a good note after my brother and his girl got back we headed to go trick or treating with my other brother, his daughter, and my other sister in law.
We were this big group. Lol and me and my brothers had time to talk about the good old days, when we would trick or treat with my mom. It was nice, oh and I was dressed as Super Girl, such a fun costume.

Frontier airlines

So as I said before I got my tickets from Frontier airlines. I am not sorry at all, all their employees were great. The flights were pleasent and easy, and my luggage got where it needed to be. I would highly recomend! They rock. Comfy seats, free tv during your flight (if you sign up as a frequent flyer), and all their employees are amazingly nice. As I said they weren't the cheapest on paper, but sign up for their second tier (about $40 more), and you get 2 free check bags. Other airlines charge $50 for each check bag, so this is a real deal.
For the price of a ticket and 2 checks at American airlines, I got a ticket and 3 checks from Frontier airlines. Best money saving secret, from my trip.

I have arrived

I have finished my voyage to Arizona, but my story isn't done yet. I have made it to my brother's and saw my neice and nefews. Now I will start to settle in, and get my life started here. As I learn new things and go new places I will continue to write.

Denver

I just made it to my half way point, a stop in Denver. The airport is lovely, huge and very interesting. Though its kinda lonley traveling alone. I can't wait to see a firmiliar face. I'm still very tired, maybe I will nap on the next flight. I hope it goes as smoothly as the first.
